Lime Fresh Mexican Grill

We’ve been coming to Lime for many years, and to be honest, in the last few months (maybe even years) we had noticed a big drop in both environment and service. Last week, we had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, William, who introduced himself and made sure our experience was exceptional. Since then, we’ve noticed a remarkable turnaround in the restaurant. Today, we came back again and we’re genuinely happy to see that those improvements have stayed consistent — the food is fresh and flavorful, and the service feels warm and attentive again. It’s wonderful to see Lime back to the amazing place it used to be. We’re truly happy to return and look forward to many more visits.

I’ve been to many different Limes but this one is my favorite. The food has always been consistent for me. I’ve been coming here since it opened in Pembroke Gardens.

This is my favorite Lime location. The staff is amazing. William was absolutely excellent. His attention to detail and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. He ensured everything was perfect, from the presentation of our food to the timing of each course, and made sure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. His attentiveness, warm demeanor, and genuine care for guests truly reflect exceptional service. A manager like William sets the standard for hospitality. Thank you for making our visit memorable!

I recently visited Lime Fresh Mexican Grill in Pembroke Gardens, and while the food overall was fresh and flavorful, the experience had its ups and downs. The menu offers a great variety of Mexican dishes, with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients standing out in items like the tacos, burritos, and signature guacamole. However, the self-service setup left much to be desired. Not having a dedicated waiter to address food discrepancies, like undercooked or incorrect orders, made it frustrating when something went wrong. For example, the burritos I received were missing key ingredients like cheese, guacamole and others. Some drinks were not available, but there wasn’t an easy way to communicate this to staff. While the service team was friendly and welcoming, the lack of direct assistance during the meal detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the ambiance was lively, and it’s still a good spot for a casual meal with friends and family. If the restaurant could strike a balance between self-service efficiency and providing dedicated support for customer concerns, it would greatly improve the dining experience. I’d recommend it for the food but hope they address these operational issues to make it more seamless!

Fresh, Fast, and Flavorful! Lime Fresh Mexican Grill at Pembroke Gardens is a popular fast-casual spot that offers vibrant flavors and a laid-back atmosphere. You place your order at the counter, and the food is brought directly to your table — quick service with a sit-down feel. I’ve tried both the burrito and the bowl, and I noticed the bowl offers noticeably larger portions, making it a great value. On this visit, I ordered the Chicken Bowl along with Chips & Queso. The chips were warm, fresh, and crunchy, while the queso was smooth and flavorful — not spicy, but still satisfying. They offer fountain drinks and even have frozen margaritas (lime and strawberry flavors) which adds a nice touch for casual dining. One area that could use improvement is the hot sauce bar, which was a bit messy — possibly due to high foot traffic during peak hours. What really stood out was the staff’s attentiveness. Both the employees and the manager were actively checking on guests and keeping the energy upbeat. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick and tasty Mexican-inspired meal with great service

This almost empty taco tray tells the story of a fierce food battle that was truly magnificent to behold. Basically, I ordered 3 tacos, Carne Asada, Fried Mahi Mahi and Pulled Pork.... end result... ordering another 2 right now! Tacos were fantastic and the service here is far beyond what you would experience in any other taco offering establishment in this immediate area. The atmosphere is cool, welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I ordered 3 tacos and drink for under $20. Can't beat that in the area. The flavor is a deal sealer here.... tons of flavor and the portions were plentiful. I'll absolutely be back to visit this franchise location over the others. Great staff! They checked on me often and that's more memorable than they will ever understand. Kudos to William for increasing the experience!
